Abstract

Background. The results of the research of tumor growth morphogenesis processes under the conditions of experimental Zaidel hepatoma are submitted. The authors established that reactive pathomorphological changes are progressing in the tissue of parenchymatous organs under experimental Zaidel hepatoma. When doxorubicin was corrected in the tissues of researching organs, focus of parenchymal elements destruction with the growth of reactive perifocal inflammation were revealed as manifestation of intoxication. Studying the pathomorphological picture of the researching organs’ tissues, the positive pathomorphological dynamics against the backgroung of nanodoxorubicin was revealed. The research goal is to study the dynamics of tumor growth morphogenesis in the conditions of experimental Zaidel hepatoma. 
Materials and methods. The experiment was performed on 120 nonlinear rats of both sexes weighing 170–200 g. They were kept in the standart animal quarters. All rats were divided into three groups: the first one – 40 rats – is a control set, the second and the third groups are experimental ones (both groups include 40 rats). All the rats got a Zajdel hepatoma stock under the skin of the anterior abdominal wall (0,5 ml of the native ascites fluid which was obtained from the tumor-bearing animal on the 5th day after transplantation).
Results. The parenchymatouse protein albuminous degeneration has progressed in some cardiac muscle cells in the control set. Perivascular phlogotic lymphomacrofagal infiltration has been diagnosticated in the liver tissue. The irregular blood filling of the vessels has been registered in the lung tissue. Positive dynamics has been microscopically revealed against the background of doxorubicin. The fragmentation processes and destruction resulting in the reactive inflammatory perifocal infiltration have been detected in some cardiac muscle cells. Fatty degeneration in the form of dust micro- and macrovesicular adiposis has been detected in the liver tissue. By nanodoxorubicine infiltration cardiac cells are clearly contoured. Fatty degeneration in the experimental liver tissue got local character in the form of dust and microvesilular adiposis. Alveolar pulmonary edema in the experimental lung tissue took local habit.
Conclusions. 1. Reactive pathomorphological processes under conditions of experimental Zaidel hepatoma develop in the tissue of parenchymatous organs according to the type of parenchymatous protein and fatty dystrophy in the myocardium, liver and kidneys; large-focal purulent-fibrinous pneumonia in the lung tissue 2. Foci of destruction and fragmentation of the parenchymal elements with the formation of reactive perifocal inflammatory infiltration were detected as a manifestation of intoxication when doxorubicin was corrected in the tissues of the organs under the research. The development of fatty degeneration with the loci of hepatocytes necrobiosis was definitive. 3. Researching the pathomorphological picture of the experimental organs tissues caused by nanodoxorubicine, the pathomorphological improvement was detected. The processes of parenchemal albuminous degeneration took fine-local habit. The joist constitution has been clearly kept in the liver tissue. The fatty degeneration had local habit in the form of dust and microvesicular adiposis. The local foci of alveolar pulmonary edema have been detected in the lung tissue.
